No. The prices listed are all-inclusive for our services. The only additional costs you might incur are court filing fees, which vary by county and state. We clearly outline these potential court costs in our filing instructions so you can plan accordingly.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers. For monthly subscription plans, we require automatic recurring billing to a credit card or PayPal account.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. If you purchase a lower-tier plan and later need additional services, you can upgrade and only pay the difference. For example, if you start with the DIY Pro plan ($379) and later want to add mediation, you would only pay the difference rather than the full mediation price.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our DIY Pro and Postnup Kit plans. If you're not satisfied with the documents provided, contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For mediation services, we offer a partial refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but we don't provide refunds for past months of service.

With the DIY Pro and Postnup Kit plans, you have access to download your documents for 60 days after purchase. With the All Access subscription, you have unlimited access to your documents as long as your subscription remains active. We recommend downloading and securely storing copies of all documents for your records.
